General description:

• Width-adjustable feed table to match the size of the roll in order to make a perfect transversal cut;
• Self-centring roll holder on a rubberised roller conveyor;
• Transverse cutting with a 150mm diameter resharpenable cutting disc made of special steel, on a base blade with a working speed of 40m/min;
• The longitudinal cut is carried out by a unit fitted with two rotating discs and electrical cutting width adjustment with display;
• All processing takes place without even a trace of dust;
• The machine is built in accordance with EC standards and is supplied with a use and maintenance manual with coded drawings for ordering spare parts.

Optional:

• unwinding from reel with electric motor;
• unloading by means of belt conveyors;
• outfeed table extension;
• laminate entry guide adjustment by means of an electric motor.
